Job summary

Assembly Label is seeking a passionate Retail Business Manager to lead our Bondi store. This full-time role focuses on delivering operational excellence, cultivating a high-performing team, and providing an elevated guest experience that reflects our commitment to quality and authentic connection.

You will champion visual merchandising, manage daily operations, and work closely with the State Manager to hit sales and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bondi store to achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
• Deliver an elevated guest experience aligned to the Assembly Label boutique principles.
• Drive visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Coach the team with one-on-one feedback, development plans and performance conversations.
• Collaborate closely with the State Manager.
• Champion loss prevention and accurate store data management.
• Ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand tone and aesthetic.
• Maintain strong internal relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Support seasonal product launches with storytelling and confident presence.
• Contribute to an inclusive, diverse team culture.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Business Manager (Store Manager) to lead our Bondi store. This full-time role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, fostering team culture, and providing an elevated guest experience that reflects our commitment to quality, intentional simplicity, and authentic connection.
