Allkinds Pty invites applications for a Part Time Assistant Store Manager at our Doncaster store. You will engage kids and teens through memorable shopping experiences, support the Store Manager, and lead a small team to drive sales and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or taking on higher duties as a Team Leader.
• Understanding of sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs.
• Natural leader focused on learning and developing the team.
• Ability to retain product and ingredient knowledge for No Gross Stuff.
• Confident, engaging personality to connect with customers.
• Ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales.

Responsibilities

• Part time role Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays (28.5 hours).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This is a part time role working Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday (28.5 hours a week)
• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction

• Assist the Store Manger to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
• Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating your product knowledge
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
• Help to motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Support the Store Manager drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a Supervising or taking on higher duties in a Team Leader capacity.
• An understanding of sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s.
• A natural leader connected to the learning and development of an engaged team.
