Key Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment consistent with the brand’s fun nature
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
• Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge
• Collaborate with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and back-of-house administration

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a retail Store Manager
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets
• Natural leader focused on learning and development of an engaged team
• Ability to retain technical product knowledge and passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers
• Ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
