Lorna Jane Kotara, you’ll support your Store Leader in running the floor, coaching the team daily, and keeping operations sharp. This role is for someone who wants to sell, lead, and grow into more.

You’ll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor, someone the team looks to when the Store Leader isn't around. If you have retail sales experience in apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

You might be an experienced 3IC or Senior sales assistant ready for your first leadership step or already working as an ASM looking for the right store. Either way, you bring:

• Proven retail sales experience and strong commercial instincts
• The ability to coach and lift the people around you
• Confidence with VM, stock processes and day-to-day operations
• The drive to be a top personal performer, not just a supervisor
• A genuine connection to the Lorna Jane brand and what it stands for
