Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Epping Store to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will work with the Store Manager to drive engagement, product knowledge and lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, a keen eye for styling and Visual Merchandising, and demonstrable ability to exceed KPIs and budgets while managing stock and payroll costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs and within budgets.
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and back-of-house administration.
