Platypus Shoes is seeking an Assistant Manager in Dubbo to work alongside the Store Manager and drive store performance. You will lead a casual team, coach staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and merchandising.

You will monitor daily sales, manage rosters, and support wage control while ensuring OH&S compliance. This role offers growth opportunities within a busy Accent Group retail environment.

Competenze

• Experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong results in sales and KPIs
• Hands-on leader with a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience with stock management and visual merchandising

As the Assistant Manager at Platypus Shoes Dubbo, you'll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to support a team of passionate casual team members. Your focus will be on driving sales and KPIs, coaching the team, and delivering next-level customer service. You'll play a key role in creating an energetic store culture, while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-impact retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer experience
• Monitor and analyse store sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly - celebrate wins and identify opportunities for growth
