Platypus Shoes in Dubbo is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager, driving sales and KPIs while coaching a team of casual staff in a busy retail environment.
You will create an energetic store culture, oversee stock, merchandising, rosters, and OH&S compliance, and lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences with premium product knowledge.

As the Assistant Manager at Platypus Shoes Dubbo, you'll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to support a team of passionate casual team members. Your focus will be on driving sales and KPIs, coaching the team, and delivering next-level customer service. You'll play a key role in creating an energetic store culture, while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-impact retail environment.
