Job summary

UnitingCare Community Lifeline Queensland is seeking a Retail Assistant to support our charity retail stores across Queensland. The role focuses on customer service, merchandise presentation and inventory tasks to help fund crisis support and suicide prevention services.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we offer salary packaging, staff discounts, and a commission program for high performers, plus opportunities for growth within our Lifeline team.

Qualifications

• Customer service in retail environment.

• Merchandising and stock management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard.
• Complete inventory management & stocktaking.
• Assist customers with enquiries and sales.

Job description

Remuneration: $27.81 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay) + commission program for high performers

Along with your passion for your local community and providing great customer service in a retail environment you will:

Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard

Complete inventory management & stocktaking

Assist Customers with enquiries and sales
