Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society NSW in Burwood is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy community-focused retail store. You will drive sales, lead paid staff and volunteers, and ensure outstanding customer service in a values-driven environment.

As a full-time role, you will develop teams, uphold store standards, and apply the charity’s mission to guide decision making, while delivering strong performance in a competitive market.

• Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion or high-volume retail.

Your Role

As new Store Manager at Vinnies in Burwood, you will be instrumental in building positive connections with the locals and visitors alike, and make this store a popular place for finding great quality pre-loved items. Your role is vital to building the store's strong sales performance in a competitive local market. For you to succeed in this role, you will have proven retail operations management skills and people leadership skills.

Your Responsibility

• Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers

You Will Need

• Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
• Strong focus on customer experience
• Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
• Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
