Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage a high-volume trade account portfolio. You will own AR for your brand, reconcile payments, and support peak periods or projects, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with Trade and Retail teams, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong relationships while upholding compliance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Accounts Receivable or similar role with accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable learning new systems and using technology to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Accounts Receivable for assigned brand across ~400 trade accounts.
• Process/approve credit applications, reconcile payments, ensure accounts are current and compliant.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and internal teams.
