Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to support a high-volume trade accounts portfolio and drive accuracy, efficiency and customer service across the business.

You will own AR for assigned brands, manage about 400 trade accounts monthly, process credit applications, reconcile payments, and assist other brands during peak periods. A tertiary finance qualification and a customer-focused mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Accounts Receivable or similar, with accuracy and reliability.
• Team player with customer-focused approach and collaborative work style.
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and improve processes.
• Retail industry exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• AR ownership for brand, processing credit apps, reconciling payments, and keeping accounts current.
• Monitor overdue balances, analyse discrepancies, and escalate when needed.
• Build relationships with trade customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues.
