Super Retail Group in Strathpine, Queensland, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer for a 12‑month maximum term. In this role you will own the AR portfolio for multiple brands, process credit applications, reconcile payments and support peers across the business to keep accounts current.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, build strong relationships with trade customers and internal teams, and contribute to accurate reporting while developing your finance career.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in Accounts Receivable or similar role with accuracy.
• Team player with customer service focus and collaborative mindset.
• Tech-savvy, quick learner and able to streamline processes.
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with trade accounts helpful.
• Retail sector exposure and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• AR Ownership & Brand Management - handle accounts for assigned brands; ~400 trade accounts monthly; process credit apps and reconcile payments; support other brands when needed.
• Debt Control & Reporting Excellence - monitor overdue balances, analyze discrepancies, escalate where required; contribute to timely reporting.
• Customer & Stakeholder Partnership - be main contact for trade customers and internal teams; resolve enquiries and payment issues professionally.
