RSM Australia is seeking a Manager in Brisbane to lead a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency engagements within the Restructuring & Recovery team. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, providing technical insolvency expertise while mentoring junior team members and delivering high-quality advisory work.

Qualifications

• Business, Commerce or Accounting degree is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Business development and client relationship experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a range of corporate and personal insolvency appointments.
• Lead engagement planning, execution and delivery.
• Provide specialist restructuring and insolvency advice across the firm.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and critical deadlines.
• Conduct investigations and interviews with directors and bankrupts.
• Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents, auctioneers and other stakeholders.
• Review and prepare formal reports, correspondence and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee asset realisations and engagement outcomes.
• Prepare and review complex financial analysis and investigative reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Share industry knowledge and best practice across the team.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and market presence.
