Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Manager in Brisbane to lead corporate and personal insolvency engagements within the Restructuring & Recovery team. You will mentor junior staff, liaise with Partners, and deliver high-quality advisory services while managing complex engagements.

You will guide investigations, financial analysis, and stakeholder communications, ensuring deadlines are met and professional standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Accounting.
• CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years' experience within restructuring, insolvency or professional services.
• Previous experience leading and developing team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency appointments.
• Lead engagement planning, execution and delivery with Partners.
• Provide specialist restructuring and insolvency advice across the firm.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and critical deadlines.
• Review and prepare complex financial analyses and investigative reports.
