• Act for Australia’s leading banks on complex restructuring and securities enforcement matters.
• Advise receivers, managers, administrators and liquidators on external administration matters.
• Provide guidance on complex domestic and international restructuring, insolvency and litigation.
• Contribute knowledge and precedents to the team and client matters.
• Participate in business development and client relationship activities.
