A highly respected mid-tier law firm in Sydney seeks a Restructuring/Insolvency Litigation Lawyer (2yrs-Senior Associate) to join its growing practice. The role offers autonomy to manage own clients and cases, with a mix of litigation and advisory work in restructurings, insolvencies, and related proceedings.

You will work within a premier team led by industry-leading partners, with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for growth, including potential leadership paths as the practice

Qualifications

• Admitted as a lawyer in NSW with 2+ years post-admission or more (up to senior associate).
• Experience in restructuring/insolvency law or general commercial litigation with insolvency interest.
• Reputable law firms background preferred and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise and litigate on insolvency issues across a full spectrum of matters.
• Manage your own cases and clients from start to finish autonomously.
• Engage in front-end advisory/transactional work where applicable and balance caseloads.
