Qualifications

• Australia or New Zealand qualified with high academic achievement
• 6+ years' post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency
• Experience gained at a leading Australian or international law firm
• Strong technical experience across restructuring, insolvency and related disputes
• Collaborative, commercially minded and keen to work on sophisticated matters

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate restructurings, formal insolvency processes and distressed transactions.
• Exposure to complex disputes and advisory work arising from financially distressed situations.
