Our Sydney team is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Restorations Claims Co-ordinator / Administrator. You’ll own a portfolio of restoration projects from initial instruction through to completion, coordinating between clients, insurers, trades and internal teams to ensure every job runs smoothly, on time, and with a great customer experience.

• Experience in insurance restoration, construction, claims administration, or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Clear, confident communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Drive to meet and exceed KPIs in a busy environment.
• Proactive, solution-focused and motivated to help people.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restoration claims from start to finish
• Schedule and coordinate site attendances
• Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams to keep jobs on track
• Maintain accurate records in the job management system, including reports and invoices
• Process trade invoices efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders
• Monitor and achieve KPIs, including client updates and completion rates
