Formación

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Ability to lead, coach and support crew.
• Strong commercial acumen and people leadership.

• Lead and develop the team and support the Restaurant Manager with smooth restaurant operations.
• Lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve great food and create memorable customer experiences.
• Utilise business acumen to improve profit, maintain high standards and drive costs down while enhancing the customer experience.
