Job summary

The Basin Dining Room in Mona Vale is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. You’ll run busy services, coordinate with chefs and manage guest expectations across two venues, bringing your own ideas to elevate the experience.

We offer a full-time position with sponsorship possible for the right candidate, and a chance to grow with two distinct Northern Beaches restaurants. You’ll lead with personality and professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant.
• Ability to lead a team, train staff and maintain high service standards.
• Confident communicating with guests and coordinating with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team across two restaurants.
• Brief staff, manage bookings and guest expectations, and ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with chefs to maintain high quality food and service.
• Bring personal ideas to improve service and operations.
