As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of your venue’s front-of-house operation, lead from the floor and create an environment where exceptional hospitality comes naturally.

Working alongside our wider leadership team, you’ll play a key role in building culture, developing people and delivering the kind of experiences that keep guests coming back.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during busy lunch and dinner services

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards

Recruit, train and develop team members

Manage rosters, labour costs and daily operational performance

Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure seamless service execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.

Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments

Strong food and beverage knowledge with confidence discussing wine and menu pairings

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.
