Job summary

Guzman Y Gomez is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Ballarat location. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive sales while controlling costs to protect profitability.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to deliver fast, high-quality food, and a commitment to exceptional customer service across a busy dining room and kitchen. You will be responsible for rostering, budget reviews and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading teams of 10 or more
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
• Previous success in meeting KPI's
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
