Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Marsden Park location. You will oversee daily operations, coach and train the team, and manage the restaurant's P&L, ensuring quality and speed on every order.

You\'ll lead with the GYG spirit, balance performance with people, and contribute to a culture of exceptional service while role-modelling hands-on leadership on the line when needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Coach and train the team to deliver quality service and efficiency.
• Manage P&L, budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Maintain high standards of quality and adherence to procedures.
• Be hands-on on the floor during peak times to ensure fast, high-quality service.
