Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced setting with 10+ staff
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities
• Experience rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets
• Delivery of outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive high standards
• Coach and train the team to deliver quality food quickly
• Manage the restaurant's P&L and cost controls
