You will set the tone for the business, develop a strong management team and drive food quality, cost controls and profitability in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and develop large teams.
• Performance and outcome driven with strong commercial acumen (labour, cost, inventory).
• Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead under pressure with calm, confident leadership.
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Champion guest-first service and high standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing management team.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance.
• Manage labour, payroll and administration.
• Monitor sales, costs and profitability against targets.
• Oversee stock, ordering and supplier relations.
• Address guest feedback professionally.
• Build connections within the local community.
