Ugly Baby, part of Nokturnl, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead on the floor in our busy Perth venue, bringing energy and a hands-on approach. You will manage bookings, optimise table turns, drive revenue, and train staff to deliver great hospitality with a fun, professional vibe.

Collaborating with chefs and Group Operations, you’ll uphold service standards, handle guest feedback, and foster a positive team culture.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Hands-on service is a must and you lead from the front.
• Strong floor management: bookings, table turns, guest expectations and maximizing covers.
• Commercial mindset focusing on revenue, spend per head and service standards.
• Experience training, motivating and developing staff, including upselling and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with chefs, management and Group Operations.
• Knowledge of SevenRooms, Bepoz and TANDA is advantageous.
• Current WA RSA Certificate and full Australian working rights.
