Job summary

Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers Caloundra is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our busy new Italian restaurant. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of restaurant/hospitality/QSR management, strong leadership, outstanding communication, and a passion for hospitality. You will work Wednesday to Sunday with Mondays and Tuesdays off, and uphold presentation and cleanliness standards.

• Proven experience leading a restaurant/hosptality/QSR team.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest experience focus.
