Job summary

Fozigobble Cafe in Yarragon, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring high service standards and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of restaurant management or similar leadership role.

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

The annual salary for this full-time position is $80,000 to $90,000. Responsibilities include:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hospitality best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
