Job summary

• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and operational problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and roster budgeting.
• Valid NSW RSA certificate.
• Full working rights in Australia.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus, assess seasonal offerings, and coordinate dining service delivery.
• Plan, organize, and execute special dining functions, group bookings, and promotional events.
• Manage stock purchasing, inventory control, and supplier pricing within budgetary targets while maintaining detailed records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Ensure the entire dining and bar facility strictly complies with local health, food safety, hygiene regulations, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
• Manage reservations, welcome guests, oversee table service standards, and directly handle customer inquiries or feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, roster, and supervise front-of-house staff, maintaining workplace safety, service speed, and presentation standards.
