The client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in South Australia to lead a high-performing front-of-house team at one of the group’s flagship venues. This hands-on role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to outstanding service.

You will work closely with senior venue leadership and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, maintain high operational standards and contribute to the venue’s ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing labour costs, rosters and day-to-day operational performance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor.
• Current RSA & RP certification.
