Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to bring our Guest Obsessed culture to life within a busy, high-volume environment. You will lead a team, drive profitability, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and model our values daily.

The role includes on-the-job training, extensive leadership development, and clear career pathways across our growing network. A management bonus program and staff discounts are also available.

Qualifications

In your new role as Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our value of “Guest Obsessed” to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests every day. You truly believe in harnessing “People Power”, leading your team to success in a busy, high-volume environment where no two days are the same, including:

• Creating a high-performance culture in your restaurant, from financial profitability (P&L), to people, to guest satisfaction.
