Employees must have or be able to obtain prior to commencement NSW Working with Children Check clearance, current First Aid Qualification specific for early childhood settings (HLTAID012/HLTAID004) and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025 or equivalent).

Hourly rates include the current temporary Worker Retention Payment (allowance) as part of the Australian Government Early Childhood Education and Care Retention Payment. The temporary allowance is offered to all new employees on commencement of employment for the duration of the grant program.
