Sunrise2Sunrise Pty is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join a respite team in Cranbourne, Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. You will deliver person-centred support for a regular participant with complex needs, including behaviours of concern, in a 2:1 environment.

We value trauma-informed approaches, continuity of care, and strong safeguarding awareness. Applicants should have a relevant disability qualification and two years' experience, with current clearances and a valid

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience supporting people with disability.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
• Current National Police Check.
• Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011).
• Current Victorian Driver Licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
• Sleepovers and public holidays availability.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centred supports in a 2:1 environment.
• Apply trauma-informed approaches to promote safety and trust.
• Support participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Promote active support and independence.
• Facilitate community participation and social inclusion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
