• Experience in supporting people with complex needs.
• Current driver\'s licence and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on disability support services.
• Assist with medical, personal and mobility care.
• Follow individual support and behaviour support plans.
• Record clear and accurate documentation.
• Support community access and daily activities.
