Qantas is seeking a Resource Administrator to support the Workforce Planning team on a part-time, six-month fixed-term contract based at Mascot. You will validate day-of-operations time stamping in Groundstar, handle payroll inquiries, and process daily shift variations within guidelines and timeframes.
Key attributes include attention to detail, proficient MS Office skills, data handling, and the ability to work well in a team. Prior Groundstar experience is desirable but not essential.

The Resource Administrator is responsible for the validation of day of operations time stamping related to employee work hours within the Groundstar application. This role will action employee payroll enquiries and process daily shift variations within the prescribed operating guidelines and timeframes.
