Responsibilities

• Position is covered under ASU Agreement 12-Level 6
• As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for enhancing productivity of operational business areas by providing effective and flexible administrative support across LMO Melbourne QE (Qantas Engineering). You will also provide extensive administrative and business support, facilitating duty travel bookings/expenses, payment of invoices, tracking expenditures and budget, supporting employee engagement activities, maintaining databases and filing systems.

Qualifications / What you’ll have

• Experience with eQ, Power BI and iProcurement would be advantageous
• A flexible approach, able to reprioritise work according to requirements
