Job summary

NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking a Kitchen Attendant at Treasure Island Resort to support the kitchen team with non‑cooking duties in the bistro, helping deliver consistently high‑quality meals. You will perform general cleaning, clean utensils, and assist colleagues with ingredient prep, requiring a Do Food Safely certificate and a flexible, team‑focused attitude.

This role is on‑site in Australia with a 7‑day roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Do Food Safety certificate.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery.
• Clean cooking and general utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant.
• Assist colleagues who are cooking, including assembling and preparing ingredients.
