Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a motivated Groundsperson to care for the Phillip Island property, maintaining grounds, gardens, and landscape features. You will support room maintenance and ensure resort areas are tidy and well-kept for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar groundskeeping role at hospitality or resort settings.
• Able to operate gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused service.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Room maintenance tasks including checks and repairs.
• Maintaining all resort equipment in working order.
• Pruning trees, shrubs and hedges.
• Mowing and cutting grass and lawns.
• Looking after plants and flowers.
• Managing irrigation systems.
• Range of other grounds maintenance tasks.
