Metricon Homes is recruiting a Site Manager to drive residential construction projects around Caboolture, ensuring defect-free results, adherence to timelines, and OH&S compliance. You will oversee trades, manage site performance, and maintain high client satisfaction while guiding the build to delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven site management experience in residential building, strong project management skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Site Manager in residential building.
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of building regulations and OHS standards.
• Experience developing and managing networks with trades.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for clients during the build stage and ensure overall execution and quality finish.
• Manage site performance and subcontract trade availability to maximize production.
• Schedule and meet trades on site and resolve build issues with clients.
• Review building practices and ensure cost and project management only.
• Ensure build quality to the highest standard and hand over keys and settlement pack.
