Private Advertiser is seeking a Residential Services Manager to lead aged care operations across regional Australia. If you’re ready for a change of scenery, this opportunity offers relocation support and a chance to shape high-quality care communities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of senior leadership in a Residential Aged Care or similarly complex care setting
• AHPRA Registration desirable but not always essential
• Strong financial and operational skills with budgets and KPIs
• Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and regulation
• Warm, visible leadership style with stakeholder management capability
• Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship not available)

• Oversee budgets, KPIs and operational performance
• Drive staff development, governance and quality assurance in line with standards
