Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Residential Manager to lead a clinical and care team in a regional Australian aged care setting. You will drive governance, quality improvement and culturally safe care while partnering with the local community.

Job description

Residential Manager - Relocation

You’ll lead with cultural knowledge and community connection at the front. Working alongside your senior clinicians, you’ll guide a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff. You’ll coach and develop them so they can deliver outstanding, values-based, person-centred care.
