Job summary

E4 People is recruiting an experienced Care Manager for a regional North-Western NSW aged care home. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead the care team, uphold clinical standards and drive quality resident care in a well‑run facility.

This is a senior role for a Senior RN or CCC seeking progression into Care Management, with relocation assistance and a structured support network within a large not-for-profit provider.
