Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY is seeking a Centre Manager for a small residential aged care home in Queensland. You will lead a well-run, community-focused centre and be accountable for governance, safety, quality care, and positive environments for residents and staff.

You will manage a stable team, drive occupancy and budget targets, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while fostering continuous improvement and AN-ACC culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an aged care leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Standards, governance and compliance.
• Budgeting and operational management capability.

The role

You will be responsible for the overall management, governanceand day to day operations of a residential aged care centre, ensuring safe, high-quality care anda positive environment for residents, staffand visitors

You will lead operational performance including budget and occupancy targets, workforce planningand stakeholder communication. You will also ensure readiness for audits and compliance activity, with a strong focus on continuous improvement

A key part of the role is maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and supporting a strong AN-ACC culture to optimise outcomes and revenue

You will manage a dedicated team comprising of Care Manager, Chaplain, Lifestyle Coordinators, RNs &Care Providers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in an aged care leadership role
• Strong aged care compliance knowledge (Quality Standards, SIRs, governance)
• Budgeting and operational management capability
• RN registration with AHPRA
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
