Job summary

Project Human Resources is seeking a Property Manager for the City & Northern Suburbs of Perth. You will own a residential portfolio of 80–90 properties, serving owners, tenants and contractors with support from administration and accounts.

The role focuses on portfolio management and client service across the city and northern suburbs. You will coordinate maintenance, inspections and lease activities while maintaining professional communication and strong landlord relations.

Qualifications

• Current WA Property Management Registration.
• At least 3 years' residential property management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of WA tenancy legislation.
• Experience with Property Tree, PropertyMe or similar.
• Experience with apartments and strata schemes is an advantage.
• Confident, professional communication with owners, tenants and contractors.
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of 80 to 90 properties across the city and northern suburbs.
• Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinating and overseeing maintenance in a timely manner.
• Conducting routine inspections and final bond inspections.
• Monitoring rental arrears and keeping them to a minimum.
• Managing bond lodgements and disposals.
• Managing lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Processing invoices and general property management administration.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
