Job summary

Harmony Australasia is seeking a Warehouse Officer for the CSA Mine in NSW. You will safely receive, store, pick, issue and dispatch materials, maintaining inventory accuracy to support mining operations.

The role requires forklift operation, Pronto XI experience, and a strong safety focus within a mining/heavy industry context. Pre-employment checks apply and regional benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Driver Licence.
• Current High Risk Work Licence - Forklift, or ability to obtain.
• Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience.
• Mining / heavy industry experience and Pronto XI or similar ERP experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and receipt goods in Pronto XI and identify non-conforming items.
• Pick, issue, stage and dispatch materials per approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock locations and track inventory movements and returns.
• Participate in cycle counts and blind stocktakes and report discrepancies.
• Safely operate forklifts, vehicles and materials handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and customer service standards.
