National Bank is seeking a Residential Financing Specialist in Bathurst to guide clients through mortgage strategies during a key life moment: homeownership. You’ll support clients and collaborate with advisory partners to deliver tailored financial solutions and grow the bank’s client base.

You will work within a branch-based team, with a Residential Financing Manager supporting your development. The role emphasizes relationship-building, regulatory compliance, and a versatile benefits package

Formación

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, ideally within the financial services industry
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to effectively manage a territory, priorities, and day-to-day activities
• Ability to take a holistic, end-to-end approach to understanding clients’ financial needs and goals
• Foundational knowledge of financing products and services, combined with a strong interest in developing and expanding that expertise
• Strong professional rigor, both from a technical standpoint and in the quality of client service and follow-up

Compensation and benefits

Your compensation package includes:

• A $37,000 annual base salary
• Unlimited commissions directly linked to your performance
• An annual bonus based on your results and your collaboration with your team and partners
