Job summary

My Carers in NSW is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Officer to provide daily resident support, assist with personal care and meals, and help residents maintain independence.

You will work with families and healthcare professionals, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold residents' dignity and rights in a compassionate, compliant care environment based in Fairfield or Liverpool.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential or aged care support.
• Excellent communication, empathy and adaptability to diverse needs.
