Qualifications

• Working with Children Check is required.

• A current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention is required.
• Must be found suitable from a Psychological Suitability Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the work of Support Workers.
• Work collaboratively with communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
• Provide daily supervision and ongoing support to rostered staff.
• Assist with staff recruitment, induction, and performance management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
