Job summary

Tradewind Australia Pty is seeking an experienced leader to manage a large residential Alcohol and Other Drugs therapeutic community in regional Victoria. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure safe, person-centred care throughout recovery.

You will drive continuous improvement, occupancy and service quality while aligning with regulatory and safety requirements, reporting to the Head of Residential Services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential AOD or mental health services.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive trauma-informed care.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a residential rehabilitation service.
• Provide supervision and support to multidisciplinary staff.
• Oversee recruitment, rostering and performance development.
• Drive trauma-informed, client-centred practice across the service.
• Maintain occupancy, service quality and contractual outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.
• Build relationships with health, justice, housing and community partners.
• Support staff with complex clinical presentations and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, accreditation and safety requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development.
