Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care at our 87-bed Lyneham aged care home. This permanent part-time role offers 48 hours per fortnight with morning, afternoon and night shifts.

You will supervise an Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Workers, formulate and review care plans, analyse assessments, and maintain comprehensive progress notes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration.
• Experience as RN in residential aged care in Australia.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain).
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents at Lyneham (87-bed home).
• Supervise and direct Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Workers.
• Formulate, review and update care plans.
• Analyse assessment results to determine care needs.
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes reflecting residents’ care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
